What do I need to work at your brokerage?
Due to the licenses required, you do need to be at least 18 years of age, have a valid social security number, and a clean criminal background.
Do I need to pay anything up front?
There are state and federal licenses that are required, depending on how far you want to go with our brokerage, but the good news is that we can sponsor you and help you acquire them.
There is however a licensing deposit and low operational cost to have access to the electronic platforms and client relationship manager that we use to keep track and properly service our clients.
Is the pay hourly or commission?
Every agent at our brokerage is an independent contractor, which means that pay is based on performance, and what’s even better is, there are no minimum quotas.
This makes a perfect fit for those seeking extra income without having to jeopardize their current financial stability, as well as not feeling the pressure to have to sell. You can work with us spare-time, part-time, or full-time.
How do you find your clients?
We don’t believe in having to purchase leads, go door-to-door, cold calling, or paying for advertising. Instead, we will teach you how to build your book of business thru warm-market referrals, social media, referrals, and field-training new teammates. Our system is the absolute best!
What if I don't like commissions or asking for referrals?
It’s simple. This just might not be the right place for you.
